Although this dish is considered to be of Thai origin, it is widely spread in Arab and Mediterranean countries, and is considered a delicious appetizer that cannot be dispensed with.

 1) 1 large eggplant
 2) Long red pepper, finely chopped
 3) Finely chopped green pepper
 4) Medium-sized tomatoes, finely chopped
 5) 1 green onion, finely chopped
 6) Garlic number 2
 7) Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
 8) Pomegranate molasses, 2 tablespoons
 9) Pomegranate seeds (half a fruit)
 10) Finely chopped parsley for garnish when serving

How to prepare:
1)We grill the eggplant over a gas fire, then peel it, cut it into very, very fine pieces, and put it in a colander for 15 minutes.


 We take a bowl and add pieces of red and green pepper, chopped green onions, crushed garlic, finely chopped tomatoes, and grilled eggplant, and stir all the ingredients.


 We then add a little pomegranate seeds, half the quantity, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, and a little salt (half a teaspoon or as desired), stir well, then put it in a serving dish.


Garnish the meal with a little pomegranate seeds, chopped parsley, and olive oil
