This Recipe is Vegetarian /Healthy and Flavorful Salad Ideas for Summer

Ingredients:

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 cucumber, diced

- 1 cup Finely chopped lettuce

- 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

_1/4 Cup Chopped mint

For the Dressing:

- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

_lemon juice (one lemon)   

  _salt                                           

For decoration the serving plate:

 1 _1tablespoon pomegranate molasses

_1 tablespoon Sumac             

  _1/2 Cup croutons

Serves 3

Prep time 10 minutes

Cook time 5 minutes

Preparation method:

 1) Place the previous vegetable ingredients in a bowl and add the seasoning (note that adding salt is as desired). 

 2) Place the salad in a serving plate, place the toasted bread (croutons) on the plate in the middle, sprinkle sumac over it with a little pomegranate molasses.....and the salad plate is ready.
